Can't sign in?

Go to mytvguide.tv/portal, type your email and choose “New here or forgot your password? Set it by email”.
Open the email from MyTVGuide (check spam or junk too) and choose a password.
Not sure which email your account uses? On the TV, open Settings → Account. It shows the account, partly hidden for privacy.
