Troubleshooting

Picture doesn't look like real 4K / HD

How to check what quality the provider is actually sending.

  1. 1While watching, press RIGHT → Diagnostics.
  2. 2Read the “resolution” line: 3840x2160 is real 4K, 1920x1080 is Full HD, 1280x720 is HD.

Many channels branded “4K” or “UHD” are actually 1080p feeds — the app shows exactly what the provider sends. If the resolution says 4K but the picture looks wrong (stripes, blocks), send support a photo of the Diagnostics panel.

Still stuck? Two things fix most one-off problems before anything else: the 60-second reset ladder , and a refresh of your provider’s lineup. Neither touches your favourites, settings or connections.

If it is an account, billing or activation problem — or the steps above genuinely did not help — get in touch with your Support ID from Settings → Account.
