Your free trial & activating the app

How the 14-day trial works and what happens after it ends.

Every new device gets 14 days of the full app, free. Your remaining days are shown under Settings → Account, along with your device's Support ID.

When the trial ends, the app shows an activation screen with your Support ID. To keep watching, activate at mytvguide.tv/activate, then press “Check Again” on the TV.

Note:Reinstalling the app does not restart the trial — the trial belongs to the device.
