Connect your IPTV provider

Add an Xtream portal or M3U playlist and download your lineup.

MyTVGuide works with the login details your IPTV provider gave you — either an Xtream Codes portal (server address + username + password) or an M3U playlist link.

  1. 1Open the left menu (MENU button) → Sources → Add Source.
  2. 2Pick Xtream or M3U and enter the details from your provider. Each field opens a large on-screen keyboard.
  3. 3Press “Save & Use This Connection”.
  4. 4Watch the five loading rows: Connecting, Live TV, TV Guide (EPG), Movies, TV Series. Each shows a count when done.
Note:If the TV Guide row shows an orange warning, the app keeps retrying in the background — you'll see “Guide: retrying” in the guide header and a confirmation when it lands. See “Guide data won't download” under Troubleshooting.

Still stuck? Two things fix most one-off problems before anything else: the 60-second reset ladder , and a refresh of your provider’s lineup. Neither touches your favourites, settings or connections.

If it is an account, billing or activation problem — or the steps above genuinely did not help — get in touch with your Support ID from Settings → Account.
