MyTVGuide is built around your favorites list: the guide shows it by default, the channel popup while watching uses it, and every channel in it gets its own easy number (1, 2, 3…).
- 1Open Channels (the button at the bottom of the guide, or left menu → Channels). Browse a bouquet on the left; the middle column lists its channels; the right column shows a live preview and buttons.
- 2The middle column is for administering your list: OK (or BLUE) on a channel simply toggles its star for the list you're currently editing — it does not start playing.
- 3Check “Change list (now: …)” under the preview to see and switch which list you're editing. Opening a favorites bouquet on the left also switches to editing that list.
- 4To actually watch a channel, move right into the preview column and press the Watch button.
- 5Repeat for the channels you actually watch — 20 to 50 works great.
- 6Open the Guide: it now shows just your list, numbered 1…N.
Note:You have three lists, each with its own star color, and one channel can be on several lists at once — its row shows a star per list. Rename lists and pick the default under left menu → Favorites.
