The TV Guide

Views, the favorites filter, searching live TV and setting reminders.

The guide opens on your favorites list with the timeline at NOW and the playing channel highlighted. The preview window plays with sound.

Three looks under Settings → Channel list style: Classic (large preview, tall rows), Compact (dense), Detailed (adds season/episode numbers when the provider's data includes them).

The bottom bar's left side jumps out of the guide: Settings, Movies, TV Series and Channels (the channel browser where favorites are managed). The right side stays in the guide: Favorites picker, Live TV Search, Remind, Go to Now and the day arrows.

Live TV Search (bottom bar) searches channel names AND what's airing right now — type “hockey” to find the game. BLUE on a result adds that channel to your current favorites list.

Note:Simple streaming-stick remotes (Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, most Google TV remotes) usually have only a D-pad, OK, Back, and a PLAY/PAUSE key — no INFO, no colored buttons, no number pad. In the guide, PLAY/PAUSE is your way to reach the bottom action bar (Favorites picker, Live TV Search, Remind, Go to Now) on those remotes. Reminders, favorites-list switching and search all live there, reachable with just D-pad + OK once you're in the bar.

Still stuck? Two things fix most one-off problems before anything else: the 60-second reset ladder , and a refresh of your provider’s lineup. Neither touches your favourites, settings or connections.

If it is an account, billing or activation problem — or the steps above genuinely did not help — get in touch with your Support ID from Settings → Account.
