- RED while watching captures instantly — 2 minutes by default (change under Settings → “RED button quick capture”, or set “Ask every time”).
- For longer recordings use the player controls (RIGHT) → Record: 30s, 1, 10 minutes or until the programme ends.
- Find recordings under left menu → Recordings, which also shows the storage's free space and a Change button for USB drives.
- Recordings are standard .ts video files — record straight to a USB stick and the file plays in VLC or any player when you move the stick.
Note:Important: recording uses a second connection to your provider. Most basic IPTV plans allow only ONE stream at a time — recording the channel you're watching (or another channel while watching) can produce a broken file on such plans. If a recording won't play, this is almost always why.
