- Both sections open on your Favorites tab (or All when you have none) with Search, Sort and Category controls in the top bar.
- Search suggests completions as you type — pick a capsule to fill the word.
- A movie you stopped shows a Resume button with the minute you left; series episodes show red progress bars (full red = watched).
- The Trailer button plays the official trailer via YouTube when available.
- During playback: RIGHT or DOWN opens the player controls — subtitles (searches OpenSubtitles automatically), audio tracks, audio sync and the skip interval used by fast-forward/rewind.
- Leaving a movie always asks “Exit playback?” — your position is saved for resume. On a series episode with a next one available, you also get “Play Next Episode” right there — no need to exit and reselect once the credits start.
- Series autoplay: when an episode finishes, the next one starts automatically. “Choose Episode” always opens on the season with the episode you most recently watched, highlighted and scrolled into view.

Still stuck? Two things fix most one-off problems before anything else: the 60-second reset ladder , and a refresh of your provider’s lineup. Neither touches your favourites, settings or connections.
If it is an account, billing or activation problem — or the steps above genuinely did not help — get in touch with your Support ID from Settings → Account.
